Please note the following:
- All prices are per day and we charge for the day in and the day out
- All prices include food, insurance, VAT and heating, as well as top level care for your cat
- There is no reduction if clients bring their own food
- The minimum charge for any booking is for an amount equivalent to a 3 day stay
- A booking that includes any Easter or Christmas bank holiday will be subject to a £25 surcharge per chalet
- A booking is not confirmed until payment of a deposit of £25 per cat, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of booking, the chalet may be offered to someone else
- Payment of the deposit means you agree to our full terms and conditions (these will be sent via email at the provisional booking stage)
- Out of hours drop off and collection are at the discretion of the owner and will incur a £50 charge
- Prices for bookings starting on or after 1 Jan 2027 are subject to change
